The point is to dress in a different way, Telegrafi reports.

It is better to get a shirt made of soft material that looks good, such as viscose. Turn the shirt inside out, grab the edges and tie around the neck.

Fold the top a couple of times so that the collar is hidden and it is tight to the body. Wrap the sleeves around the waist and then pull them forward. Make the fold carefully on the stomach and tie the sleeves together.
